OUR POLICY
‼️PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING‼️
📢 Anyone who flout the rules outlined below will not receive braiding services from me, and your appointment will be immediately cancelled. In this instance, your refund will not be reimbursed.

Booking Guidelines and Information

• Kindly check back frequently for updates, squeeze-in slots, and availability as my schedule fluctuates a lot. Bookings can only be made one month in advance or at least 24 hours in advance.
• If you have any inquiries before making your deposit or making an appointment, you’re free to reach out to me with any question you may have x
• Unfortunately, I do not provide services to children younger than 5 years old.
• If you don’t feel comfortable with me taking photos or videos of your hair after your appointment, let me know.
•  Please get in touch with me if you require an urgent braiding service as I do provide SAME DAY/ SQUEEZE-INS APPOINTMENTS, which cost an additional + $100.

Hair Requirements

• Please make sure to properly shampoo and blow dry your hair 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you choose not to apply heat to your scalp, comb out your hair and make sure it is tangle-free.
• Avoid applying oils or other similar products to your scalp as they will cause your braids to develop white residue buildups when combined with my gel. You are more than welcome to bring an oil to use on your scalp during your appointment, and I will do so after I finish braiding.
• If you’re interested in buying braiding hair extensions from me, please let me know your preferred colour three days before your appointment.
• Your own hair extensions may be brought, however they MUST be pre-stretched. I only use already stretched extensions! – Drop-offs 24 hours before to the appointment are highly recommended.

Lateness Policy and Cancellations

• If you’re running late to your appointment, kindly reach out to let me know. There is a 15-minute grace period and a $5 late fee for every five minute late. 
Reminder: Deposits are non-refundable and can only be transferred to your new rescheduled date ONCE cancellation and rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before to appointment and you must put down a new deposit when rescheduling for the third time.
• Clients will no longer be able to book services from Braidslounge if they do not call or show up for their scheduled appointments.
